1. Delivery Coverage & Charges
We deliver throughout Malaysia and selected international destinations such as Singapore.
- Delivery fees vary depending on destination, product size, and total order value.
- Any additional charges such as taxes, tolls, or cross-border duties will be borne by the customer.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Ready-stock items will generally be delivered within same working day after payment confirmation.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on weather, stock availability, or logistic schedules.Normally within 1 – 5 working days
3. Delivery Preparation & Packaging
All items are thoroughly checked, securely packed, and prepared for transportation.
Additional charges may apply if Bulk or customs orders.
4. Cross-Border Deliveries
For deliveries outside Malaysia, such as to Singapore, additional import taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times for cross-border shipments may vary depending on customs clearance and transport conditions.
5. Rescheduling & Failed Delivery
If you are unable to receive the goods at the scheduled time, please contact us or the currier agents in advance to reschedule.
Re-delivery fees may apply if our team is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address, no access, or recipient unavailability.
6. Liability for Damage or Loss
Once goods are delivered and accepted by the customer, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage.
If damage occurs during transport, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and take appropriate action.
